We have collated the most frequently asked questions about my-shopcenter.com We recommend you watch the presentation in the info center. Your sponsor (the person that introduced you to my-shopcenter.com) will be happy to answer any further questions. After your free registration you will find a special support form to clarify any questions. We welcome advice and suggestions to optimise our system.
1. Do I have to register, if I want to use this system?
If you want to take advantage of the compensation bonus, you have to register. If you just want to shop, you can do that without registering.2. How much does registration cost?
Registration through a link and membership is free. With that we offer your personalised and complete shopping center site, which tracks your own shopping and any ones you introduce, for bonus payments (value of around € 200).3. Are there any other costs or are there conditions for using the service?
As a member you can use this system for free. When you book any additional services or extensions you pay the implied fees. You can find an overview of tariffs HERE!4. What are "additional services" and "extensions" and what kind of costs are involved?
Additional services are products in the internal marketing shop (Rates or Books), a fee paying entry of your business or the programming of your own internet platform. Extensions are e.g. the partnership for marketing and sales, the instant web package, the media package or other recommended programs. There is no obligation to take advantage of any of these offers.5. What is the -central back office- and how do I login?
- shows your personal data and statistics (you can change it)
- genealogy and control of bonus account
- banners, content modules, search window
- extensive bonus plan, flyers and templates
- internal marketing shop, news archive, much more
You will find the back office via login (top right corner) or the drop down menu of "My IMS" (my Internet Marketing System). It is case sensitive.
6. How and when do I receive what bonus?
As a registered PARTNER you are always paid the described bonus into your bonus account. You will find a summery of the amount of the bonus payments in my-shopcenter.com in the link "list of bonus". Please remember to choose the right icon for your country. You can see the appropriate bonus from each shop, when you hover your mouse over the shop. As soon as your bonus exceeds € 20 you will get a bonus paid into your bonus account (via PayPal) at the beginning of each month – after the shop has paid (this can take up to 12 weeks with some return policies in shops).All turnover in my-shopcenter.com is tagged automatically and adjusted weekly.
Should your transaction not appear it could have the following reasons:
- you are already getting the maximum discount from the shop
- you took maximum advantage as the owner of a BSW card with all discounts
- you did not go through the my-shopcenter.com portal before buying.
If you buy directly with a site without going through your my-shopcenter.comportal your transaction can not be tagged and you can not get the bonus. If you do not leave details of an account in the back office, where your bonus can be credited, your bonus will be rolled up.
7. What happens behind the scenes when I shop?
Conditions for bonus payments:You are registered and have a valued user name.
You have to shop through my-shopcenter.com portal. Before buying make sure your username is in the top right corner next to Impressions. Your shop search is tracked for marketing purposes. The bonus will be paid in to the account of the username and the tracking runs automatically.
8. Do I have to report my turnover separately within the system?
You have to be registered with us to receive a bonus and you have to start shopping from our portal, because the partner stores will than know, that you are a member of my-shopcenter.com and you will be paid commission (cost of advertising) according to the bonus plan. The turnover and according bonus is visible in your bonus account, on a weekly basis (after the shop has paid). As additional safety you can forward your transaction or order confirmation via email to admin@sorgenlos.de.It needs to display your username, day & time of order placed, name of shop, order number and total value of the order. Should you not get details from a shop your can just forward a report of turnover. Please avoid sending multiple emails – it just causes a waste of time for manual input! In an extreme case it could be seen as attempted fraud and lead to the cancellation of your account.
9. What do the details on the Bank statement mean?

All other transactions in line 2 - 5 in depth have less information to keep it simple: Level, number of orders, amount of bonus, confirmed commission. All confirmations are automatic after the partner stores have transferred the commission.
10. My booking has not been tracked although I forwarded the email. What happened?
your order does not show up in your bonus statement because:- you are collating a bulkorder for several customers with Otto, Klingel, Boocking.com or another Catalogue and therefore getting the maximum commission
- you used a different discount card during the ordering process or when paying
- You started shopping without going through the myshopcentre.com portal and therefore your order can not be tracked by us or the shop.
Attention: always start shopping in your my-shopcenter.com portal with your username in the top right corner, next to impressions.
In theses described circumstances bonus payments are not possible.
Pay-pack points, Happy-diggits, web-miles are independent and valued – you will get those.
11. How can I advertise and where?
It is always best to use for yourself what you want to recommend to others.In the backoffice (after login) you’ll find our e-books with guidance and advice for marketing. You can register for a very good (free) beginners course called "Your Internet training". It is offered on "Biz-builder".
